F and H parts are interchagable, H22 head will work on the f23,not sure if you need the intake mani or not just look at the bolt patten h22 head vs f23 head and see if it is the same. :bounce.

Also, you sorta mentioned the exhaust manifold in the head cost, but typically, if you buy an H22 head, it won't come with an exhaust manifold.
